Ideas for Advert and Digipack

Font
I have decided the bands name, should be in a bold and simple font to reflect their style effectively. It shows they are strong and slightly edgy. The colours of black and white should also show they are a band that like to use a back to basics indie style.
I feel the song name 'Dear Diary' should have a handwritten style to it as within the video we see the girl writing these words in the diary. Also a handwritten style will contrast with the bold dominant font of the band name, which will show how versatile and interesting the band is.These are ones that I found on microsoft windows that I think will suit, as they all are handwritten styles. I personally feel that style 1 is a little bit too computerised but I think the other two could work.
ImagesWe think we should use the same image for both the digipack and advert as it will look more related and sophisticated. I think a black and white colour scheme will reflect the seriousness of the song. And I think if the diary was in colour it would show how important the diary was to the girl, and the true significance of it.The main image on both products will be of the girl with her diary, as the song and video is all about her, and her relationship with her diary.
The products will look the most effective with just the lettering of the band, the song name and the photo.
This is what I would like the overall advert too look like. I would like it centre round an image of the girl and the diary. I think the bands name should be bold and prominent to represent their edgy style, and so the consumer automatically know it's their song. I will make sure the girl is holding a diary in the image, as that is the main song reference. And then I feel the song name 'Dear Diary' should be in a handwritten style.

This is the plans we have for our digipack;
We want our front cover to feature the diary that is the main symbol with the song. And we want the fonts to be the same as the advert, so that it all integrates.
On the inner bit of the digipack we want to feature the lyrics to the song. And on the other song, we want to create a college of the bands photos.

On the back side, we will have it mostly blank apart from featuring some important information, such as the record label.
